esistive load bank(AC Load Bank, Dummy Load Bank, Generator Load Bank, Load Bank for Generator Testing) is a device which can simulate the real-life resistive loads and provides a rigorous test regime for power supplies from 1kW to 60MW. The “load” of a resistive load bank is created by the conversion of electrical energy to heat by power resistors. It mainly used to test and maintenance of Engine Generators, Storage Battery Systems, UPS Systems, Inverters, Ground Power Units, Auxiliary Power Units, Aircraft Power Generators, Wind Generators, Hydro Generators etc.

Main Functions and Features :
1. Can load any power within rated power, test stable state three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive
power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, running time of generating set.
2. Control Mode : Local Panel control or intelligent remote control ( PC software )
3. Control Mode interlock :for both control mode, if choose one of them , another control mode will be locked
4. Data Management processing software , could form curve of current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, can be printed.
5. 3 line LED multi-function meter display
6. Protection : Emergency stop Button; over-load protection; over-heat protection; Short Circuit Protection;

In some countries, 220V 1P will be replaced by 120V/230V/240V/277V 1P, 380V 3P will be replaced by 208V/400V/415V/480V 3P. Resistive AC load bank for load voltage 208V 3P and 120V 1P, 415V 3P and 240V 1P, 480V 3P and 277V 1P with higher load power are also available as per your need.
